Ohio’s TechCred program reimburses employers to upskill their W-2 employees with short-term, tech-focused credentials. Theanna gives those employees a practical way to turn that funding into real startup progress: idea validation, MVP builds, and early traction , all powered by AI.

Ohio TechCred is a state program that helps employers train their teams in in-demand technology skills. Employers that qualify can be reimbursed up to $2,000 per employee, per credential, and up to $30,000 per application round when employees complete approved technology-focused training.
To participate, employers must be registered with the Ohio Secretary of State, have a physical business location in Ohio, and employ Ohio resident W-2 employees who are reported to the Ohio Unemployment Insurance Office.
Most training programs stop at content. Theanna is built for execution. We combine AI-powered tools, milestone frameworks, and a community of founders to help your team move from idea → MVP → early traction — not just “learn about startups.”
