How many founders are accepted into each cohort?

We accept 12 founders per cohort. The room is kept small on purpose: every founder gets live feedback on their own product and pipeline, which stops working once the group is bigger than that. Twelve is also small enough that you finish the six weeks knowing everyone in the room.

The Fall 2026 cohort kicks off with a founder kickoff on September 28, 2026. Live sessions start the next day and run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-1:30pm ET, for six weeks to November 5.

Is this a fit for highly regulated industries like healthcare?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We know a regulated industry takes longer than six weeks to get fully live to customers, and we won't pretend otherwise. What the six weeks does is cover the pieces you need to get there. We also partner with companies like Vanta on HIPAA, PHI, and SOC 2, running sessions for the cohort and passing discounts to our founders.

Is a vibe-coded product ready for real customers?

Usually not yet. Vibe coding gets you something that works in a demo, but real customers need a production-ready build, a clear onboarding flow, and a product that solves a specific problem for a specific person. This cohort closes that gap in six weeks.

You get customers by talking to them, not by building more features. In this cohort you lock your ideal customer profile, run real discovery conversations, and set up a simple pipeline so you know exactly who to sell to and what they'll pay for.

We take 0% equity. Most accelerators trade access for a slice of your company. It's a one-time $2,499 for the six weeks and you keep 100% of what you build. It's also six weeks of live program instead of twelve, with monthly cohort meetups for a year after, and it's done-with-you: live expert guidance, software that walks you through the process, and a room of serious founders.

That's exactly what the build track is for. You'll learn how to use Claude Code to build your product without writing code yourself. By the end of the cohort, you'll have a deployed, demo-ready product and the skills to keep shipping features on your own.

Do you take equity?

Accepted Answer

Never. Zero percent. You keep 100% ownership of your company, forever. The $2,499 for the six weeks is a one-time payment. Staying with your cohort for the twelve months after runs on the Theanna Connector tier, and your first month of that is included.

What happens after the cohort ends?

Your first month of Theanna Connector ($199/mo value) is included. Everything you built during the cohort (your ICP, pipeline, build log, milestones) stays in Theanna. After that, you choose the tier that fits.

What do I need before I start?

Accepted Answer

A product you've started building, even if it's rough. You should have been doing some customer discovery or talking to potential users. You don't need paying customers, revenue, or a polished product. You do need to be non-technical and actively building. Pre-idea founders and software engineers aren't the right fit.
